March to July is peak season with snowmelt creating the best rapids. September to October (post-monsoon) offers moderate water with great weather.
Age 10+ for beginner routes, 12+ for intermediate, 14+ for advanced. Maximum age is 65 if physically fit. Weight: 35-100 kg.
Wear quick-dry clothing, shorts/track pants, and secure footwear (sandals with straps or sports shoes). We provide wetsuits in cold weather.
